Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
- $7.95 flat-rate US shipping
- Please allow up to 3 business days for your package to ship (our business week is Monday - Friday)
- Your shipping notification will be sent to the e-mail that was used for purchase. Please check junk or spam mail for these confirmations.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you suspect that your package is lost or stolen - please contact USPS with your provided tracking information.
Damages
- If you receive an item and it is damaged upon removing from the packaging PLEASE contact us immediately.
- We do our very best to quality check every item that enters our warehouse, but we are human and we do make mistakes! Please understand that we will NOT accept an item as a return if you have already worn, washed, etc. and then discover a damage.
- Inspect your merchandise within 3 business days when you receive it.
- Please be mindful of the washing instructions — we are NOT responsible for any damage that occurs do to washing or wear. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Damages that are found on an item outside of the return window are not accepted.
- DO NOT - open your packages with scissors!!! If you cut an item while trying to remove it from your packaging we are NOT responsible.
Returns & Exchanges:
- Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.
- Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear)
- Returns are eligible for store credit only.
- Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, gift cards, intimates, leggings, jewelry, shoes, sale/clearance items.
- Returns are not possible with pre-ordered items.
- Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
- Items returned outside of return window will be refused. You will not be credited nor receive the item back unless you contact us to pay for return shipping.
- Coupon codes MUST be applied at the time of purchase! We cannot go back and apply a code once your order is placed.
- Purchase prices may not be adjusted with any future sales.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
**If you have exchanged or returned 3 or more items in a 30 day period, we will not accept any additional exchanges or returns for 30 days. Please message us to discuss size charts before ordering if this is an issue or you find yourself exchanging/returning a lot**
Due to processing fees we only allow cancellation of orders with a 15% RESTOCKING fee. Please be sure that you are ready to purchase your items when you place your orders.
NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.
